Standard management fee applies for teams of 1–10. Teams of 11–25 / 26–50 / 51+ receive progressively reduced per-head fees. Hybrid resources stay at the standard rate.
While the model is built for full-time, we accommodate part-time engagements: 10 hrs / wk @ 40% of the standard monthly fee, 20 hrs / wk @ 60%, 30 hrs / wk @ 80%.
If actual hours exceed the committed minimum, the additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate. No surge pricing, no 1.5× overtime multiplier — ever.
Committed minimum weekly hours are billed regardless of utilization. Unused hours do not carry forward — so right-size your commitment at the start of each engagement.
